WeSignature Payments performs all necessary actions to maintain its status as PCI compliant. Should the PCI security assessment or regular network scans require remedial action by WeSignature Payments in order to maintain compliance with PCI DSS standards, WeSignature Payments will have 90 days to evaluate and implement the necessary actions or inform the merchant that it cannot maintain its status as PCI Compliant.
In the event that WeSignature Payments confirms that a breach has occurred that compromises the security of merchant's cardholder data in WeSignature Payments's possession, WeSignature Payments will promptly notify the merchant of any such breach.
WeSignature Payments's responsibility for maintaining security of merchant cardholder information is limited to data entered and passed to the third party gateway. WeSignature Payments never stores card holder information in its system or on its servers and passes all information to NMI, a third-party gateway provider. NMI has continuously maintained PCI DSS Level 1 certification since 2005.
You agree that neither WeSignature Payments nor any party involved in creating or delivering this web site is liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of this web site. WeSignature Payments assumes no responsibility for and will not be liable for any damages from any viruses, which may affect your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or downloading from our web site.
