WeSignature Payments complies with current PCI DSS requirements; undergoing regular PCI Vulnerability Scans by an approved scanning vendor.
WeSignature Payments's responsibility for maintaining security of merchant cardholder information is limited to data entered and passed to the third party gateway. WeSignature Payments never stores card holder information in its system or on its servers and passes all information to NMI, a third-party gateway provider. NMI has continuously maintained PCI DSS Level 1 certification since 2005.
In the event that WeSignature Payments confirms that a breach has occurred that compromises the security of merchant's cardholder data in WeSignature Payments's possession, WeSignature Payments will promptly notify the merchant of any such breach.
It is possible that WeSignature Payments's terms and conditions may change over time. We will post any changes on our web site. Prior notice may not be given, however, where an immediate change is necessary for security purposes.
